Cooking Tips

Thaw breasts overnight in refrigerator OR use the Quick Thaw Method of placing vacuum packed breasts in cold water for approximately 30-40 minutes.

Conventional Oven

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Bake frozen tenderloins 20 to 30 minutes, or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Bake thawed tenderloins 15 to 25 minutes).

Char Grill / Gas Grill
1. Preheat grill to MEDIUM heat.

2. Grill frozen tenderloins, turning occasionally, 20 to 25 minutes, or until juices run clear when thickest part of chicken is pierced and temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F.

(Grill thawed tenderloins 10 to 15 minutes).

Chicken Tenders with Creamy Peanut Butter Dip

1 lb Residential Gourmet Chicken Tenders
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup hot water
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Directions:

Prepare chicken tenders according to Cooking Tips directions.

Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, garlic powder, water, soy sauce and vinegar in small bowl until well blended.

Serve peanut dip with chicken tenders.
